- Search on your web browser help.yahoo.com and click on the “See More” tab.
- Choose from the options outlined in which you have problems or issues with and select a sub-option (Topic) under the option selected.

- Re-enter the separate mail address to confirm it, and provide a detailed description of the issue or problems you are experiencing.
- If you are reporting a spammer, Type in the Yahoo mail address of the spammer into the “Yahoo ID of the person you are reporting” textbox.
- Verify that you are a human or not a robbot by clicking on the “I’m not a robot” box and click on “Create Request”.
- A yahoo specialist will message via any of the mails provided, where you would be needed to help or assist the specialist a little to fix the issue.
