Apple 2021 iPhone Might Boast an always-on Display

According to the company insider, max Weinbach and everything apple pro have shared the next-gen iPhone leaks. The Apple 2021 iPhone might include an always-on display.

The efficient 120Hz LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) display emulates your lock screen and delivers a handful of information without intake.

Both the battery and clock will be consistently visible, a bar icon will show notifications but only new notifications would come up shortly.

Weinbach also hints on the possibility of upgraded cameras, including a better ultra-wide cam, with an improved low light performance, automatic astrophotography, and a portrait video mode like the Galaxy S21, and stronger message magnets.

Weinbach claims the design might not change this year, other than a gripper matte back on the pro models. Rumors have it that the iPhone might use a smaller, less intrusive notch for face ID and the front camera, along with a possible in-display fingerprint reader.

It’s worth noting that Apple could easily cut or modify features before it begins production, the company supposedly dropped 120Hz displays from iPhone 12 due to battery life concerns.
